Teamwork, collaboration, guidance, coaching...We take the development of all staff at Publica seriously which is why Publica have invested in a number of programmes that allow our staff to improve and develop their careers. Our primary objective is making sure that all staff at Publica have the opportunity for continual development.

 

Growing our leaders


A bespoke leadership development programme that has been designed with Oxford Brookes Business School, aiming to ensure that all staff have access to opportunities to improve their leadership skills, focussing on coaching and mentoring.

 

Career development


Professional Qualifications, using our apprenticeship levy to access qualifications such as; Project Management, Data Analytics, Planning and many more.

A structured annual appraisal process and ongoing one to one’s that empower our staff to take control of their careers and access the development opportunities they need to be successful.

 

Easy to access online training for all


An annual training calendar that allows all staff to sign up to courses that will help them improve their knowledge and deliver effective services to our customers.

 

Working with our Learning and Development Team


Our Learning and Development Team work with managers and teams across the business to develop approaches that work for each area, enabling access to opportunities specific to the team in question.
