About the role…
Publica is a unique place to work – we’re a local government organisation providing services for a number of District Councils.
You will be a trusted professional within the Assets team for the proactive management of the Councils land and property portfolios, carrying out valuations for statutory and non-statutory purposes including asset valuations, insurance valuations, option and viability appraisals for property reviews and development purposes.
Undertaking a wide range of Landlord and Tenant work including lettings, reviews, renewals, dilapidation/ repairs, inspections and all necessary valuations for rental purposes.
You will need…
- Degree level qualification ( or equivalent experience)
- Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience of asset management work within a Local Authority portfolio is desirable
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients
