Planning Case Officer
- Location: Cirencester
- Salary: up to £29,647 (+Market Supplement for a Qualified Planner) Per annum, Pro rata
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week
- Contract Type: Permanent

About the role…
We are seeking to appoint a Planning Case Officer to help with the processing and reviewing of planning applications. As well as providing pre-application advice and dealing with applicants, appeals and enforcement work.
You will be working within one of the most beautiful parts of the country, with 6000 listed buildings and 70% of which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Joining us will mean involvement in all aspects of processing a wide variety of the planning functions in a vibrant and varied team environment.
You will need…
- Knowledge and understanding of Planning
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Ability to make sound judgements
- A degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning or equivalent is desirable
