Publica are seeking to recruit an adaptable & forward thinking person to provide an efficient customer focused service to administer benefit claims and amend revenues accounts. You will need to be able to work effectively with internal services & external customers and organisations to ensure the prompt & efficient administration of benefit claims in line with legislation and performance indicators. Having a very good grasp of Benefit & Council Tax legislation is desirable.
You will need…
- GCSEs (5 Graded 9-4) or equivalent, including Maths and English)
- Considerable experience in office environment / similar or related role
- Awareness of the issues facing Local Government
