We are looking for an Asset Manager to oversee the day to day estates, property, operational and facilities management of the Councils land and property portfolio to ensure a coordinated and compliant short, medium and long term approach linking with the Asset Management Plans and priorities of each Council and the Publica Business Plan.
You will provide a strategic role in the management of the Council’s Land and Property Portfolio to support both long term protection and strategic use.
You will need…
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant profession
- Five years’ experience in the relevant field
- Relevant professional membership/qualification of governing body
- Relevant experience in the delivery of projects to acquire, develop and dispose of property assets.
- Experience in managing projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
